Meghan (Meg) is a deeply compassionate, licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of experience. She works with gentle, nurturing techniques like Swedish massage and lymphatic drainage—approaches she’s found to melt tension and invite deep calm. Meg is now expanding her healing path through yoga training with the Floating Yoga School, guided by Helen Cloots, and mentorship with Vicki Sylvester of Path Yoga Therapy. Her work is a heartfelt blend of movement and touch, supporting the nervous system and gently guiding the body back to balance.
