Meet Meg
|
Meghan (Meg) is a deeply compassionate, licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of experience. She works with gentle, nurturing techniques like Swedish massage and lymphatic drainage—approaches she’s found to melt tension and invite deep calm. Meg has expanded her healing path by completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with the Floating Yoga School, guided by Helen Cloots, and through mentorship with Vicki Sylvester of Path Yoga Therapy. She now offers yoga classes at the studio, weaving mindful movement into her therapeutic work. Committed to deepening her knowledge, Meg continues her education to further support the nervous system and gently guide the body back to balance.
