3 Part Workshop Series
Stress doesn’t just live in our minds—it settles into our body, breath, and deeper layers of the nervous system. This 3-part somatic and yoga workshop series offers powerful, body-based tools to notice where tension shows up, understand what your body is communicating, and gently unwind long-held patterns. Through movement, breath work, somatic awareness, and restorative practices—plus guided homework and take-home materials—you’ll learn to support your system in returning to safety, steadiness, and ease.

*12:30 pm - 1:30 pm is provided for lunch/free time.

If this series cannot proceed as planned due to an outbreak of infectious disease, war, riots, or a natural disaster such as floods, earthquake, we will offer you full credit towards future studio classes/event within 24 months of the original dates.
