Each 60 minute session is designed for your needs and goals. It can be especially beneficial for those:

Adapted Yoga
As a Special Education Teacher and Yoga Therapist Vicki is passionate about yoga being accessible to all individuals. She truly believes yoga is for everyone and there are a magnitude of benefits to be gained from the practice. Yoga provides a non-competitive atmosphere for all individuals to connect to their minds and bodies. Physically individuals build strength, flexibility, and coordination. Emotionally individuals can increase self-awareness, self-acceptance, relaxation techniques, self-control, and self-discipline. When practicing yoga we receive strong sensory input from nearly all of our senses. Additional benefits include the practice of listening skills, following directions, and concentration. Vicki believes that yoga is life long leisure skill with many benfits for all individuals. Using her knowledge and training of adapting and modifying curriculum to meet various individual needs, Vicki embraces opportunities to teach yoga to students with disabilities.
