This often leads to increased stress, sleep disruption, and lower energy levels. I began to recognize such imbalances in myself just over a decade ago. Luckily, I found yoga and discovered its therapeutic tools. I’ve created a lifestyle around theses therapeutic principles and enjoy much more balance even when there’s a lot to shuffle. Maintaining balance in daily life is a learning process that benefits from compassionate guidance and accountability. In coaching sessions, I actively listen, help you gain a clear perspective, and set realistic goals for your overall well-being.
